When the structure of a product cannot be directly demolded normally, it is necessary to use a slider. There are also many factors to consider when manufacturing the slider. The hardness and wear resistance must be enough to withstand the friction of the mold opening movement. The hardness of the cavity part on the slider should be at the same level as the other parts of the mold cavity core. What is a die-inclined pin? The inclined pin mold is a pin with an inclined angle or a slope itself, which is mainly used in the mold. Because plastic molds often have undercut areas, it is necessary to use sliders or inclined pins to assist in demolding. If one end of the oblique pin is threaded, its function is to pull out the oblique pin, which is mainly used to guide the action of the lateral slider in the guide mold.
The action principle and design points of the oblique pin block: It uses the mold-opening action of molding to make the inclined pin and the slider have a relative movement trend so that the slider can move in two forms along the mold-opening direction and the horizontal direction so that it can be separated from the barb. The function of the oblique pin is to solve the inversion of the product and at the same time act as the ejection mechanism of the product. After the mold is opened the product can be demolded smoothly. When designing the inclined pin, its horizontal movement distance should be at least 0.5mm greater than the length of the hook, and its slope value should be designed to be as small as possible, to facilitate the ejection of the inclined pin. Pulling block action principle and design points: It is to use the mold opening action of the molding machine to make the block and the slider has a relative movement trend. The locking and positioning method of the slider: Since the product generates a lot of pressure during the injection of the molding machine, to prevent the slider and the movable core from being displaced under pressure, which will affect the size and appearance of the finished product, the slider should be locked and positioned, which is usually called a stopper block or shovel base. The positioning method of the slider: The slider must move a certain distance during the mold opening process, so to make the slider return safely, a positioning device must be installed on the slider, and the positioning device must be flexible and reliable to ensure that the slider does not move in place, but in special cases, it may not be used. Use positioning. For safety reasons, the positioning device must still be installed. The connection method of the slider into the sub: The connection method of the slider head entry is determined by the finished product. And the connection method of the slider entry may be different for different finished products. Slide guide form: During the guided sliding, the slider must move smoothly and smoothly to ensure that the slider does not stick or jump during mold production, otherwise it will affect the finished product and the life of the mold. Calculation of tilt slider parameters: Since the barb surface of the finished product is in an oblique direction, the movement direction of the slider should be consistent with the direction of the barb surface of the finished product, otherwise, the side will strain the finished product.
